It's raining, it's pouring....
As I was walking home last night, I got caught in the rain. Not the "I'm close to where I'm going, so I can just run there" kind of caught, but the "no matter what I do I will end up soaked" kind of caught. It was just drizzling when I started walking and suddenly, it just started to pour like crazy.
By the time I got home, I was completely soaked to my skin and you know what, I didn't mind. It felt good to just walk in the rain. Other people were running by me, but I was just walking like it was sunny out and I was out for a stroll.
Its been crazy hot here and the rain definitely cooled things down. It felt good to walk in the rain and cool off from the day. I haven't done that since I was a kid. I love the smell of rain, so as soon as I got out of my wet clothes, I grabbed a chair and just sat outside in the shade and watched the rain. Good times...
Anyways, that was random, but I just felt like sharing. I hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend and an awesome weekend.

Rain is fun. It started raining after I got off of work yesterday, but not that hard. There was also a thunder storm later on in the evening, which was also pretty fun.

walking in the rain is always fun. it stormed here as well last night.
It's rained again today, but not as heavy as last night. Hopefully the weather won't be too bad during the weekend.
Therese - We had a thunderstorm later on and I fell asleep listening to the thunder.
Alyson - You have obviously never heard me try to sing :D
I thought I was the only person that liked walking in the rain...
I'm jealous. I've been wanting to just stand out in the rain for a long time now, but it never rains where I live... and it's always hot.
